Doriana Silva was allegedly given only three weeks to create 1,000 ‘fake female profiles’ to lure men to the new Brazilian Ashley Madison website

Jeffrey Lapin‘s insight:

A Toronto woman is seeking $21 million ($20m compensatory and $1m for punitive damages) against dating site Ashley Madison for injuries she allegedly sustained typing 1,000 “fake female profiles.” She claims this much typing caused her to developed severe pain in her wrists and forearms. She has not worked since 2011 and "remains seriously disabled in many if not all aspects of her life."

The woman’s lawyer says, "while compensation for personal injuries is usually calculated based on how much that person has suffered, his client is instead seeking a share of the money earned through the profiles she created." Ashley Madison has denied her claim and allegations.
